Special crackers for special occasions.

Ingredients: [‘unsalted butter’, ‘gruyere cheese’, ‘flour’, ‘water’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“6 ounces unsalted butter”,”4 ounces gruyere cheese, grated “,”6 ounces flour”,” water, as needed “]

Number of Servings: 1

Steps: [‘Put the butter, cheese and flour into a food processor. Pulse until the dough is grainy, then add the water one spoonful at a time until the dough forms a ball. Refrigerate for 90 minutes.’, ‘Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.’, ‘Roll the dough out onto a floured surface. Cut out cracker shapes using a pastry cutter (no bigger than 2″x2″) then place on a parchment sheet lined baking pan.’, ‘Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, checking after 10 minutes that the crackers are not too brown.’]
