Fluffy biscuits made with heavy cream instead of butter and milk

Ingredients: [‘all-purpose flour’, ‘baking powder’, ‘sugar’, ‘salt’, ‘heavy cream’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 cups all-purpose flour”,”1 teaspoon baking powder”,”2 teaspoons sugar”,”1/2 teaspoon salt”,”1 1/4 cups heavy cream (plus or minus)”]
