Honey-Macadamia Mahi-Mahi With Pineapple Relish

Not sure where I got this recipe exactly. Probably from one of the Mastercook groups that I used to belong to. Sounds pretty simple and good.

Ingredients: [‘fresh pineapple’, ‘unsweetened pineapple juice’, ‘fresh lime juice’, ‘scallion tops’, ‘jalapeno pepper’, ‘macadamia nuts’, ‘mahi mahi fillets’, ‘vegetable oil’, ‘honey’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“”,”1 cup fresh pineapple, diced “,”1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice”,”1/4 cup fresh lime juice”,”2 tablespoons scallion tops, finely chopped “,”1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper”,””,”1/4 cup macadamia nuts”,”2 (8 ounce) mahi mahi fillets, skinned “,”1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil”,”3 tablespoons honey”]

Steps: [‘TO PREPARE RELISH:’, ‘In a small bowl, combine all the relish ingredients.’, ‘Mix well.
