Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 cups self-rising flour”,”2 cups seltzer water or 2 cups club soda”,”1/2 teaspoon baking soda”]

Steps: [‘Mix ingredients in a large bowl.’, ‘Mix until its a liqudy consistency.’, ‘Heat large skillet over med/high heat.’, ‘Add small amount of cooking spray.’, ‘Pour a thin layer of mixture into the pan.’, ‘Cook until spongy and cooked through.’]
