This was Pop’s mothers very easy version of meatloaf. It can be made in a loaf pan, or make it in a 9×9 to speed up the cooking time.

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 lb hamburger”,”1/2 lb sausage”,”2 eggs”,”1 onion (diced)”,” salt”,” pepper”,”1/2 cup catsup”]
