Quantity of Ingredients: [“24 ounces skin on salmon fillets (about 4 6oz fillets)”,”4 teaspoons Dijon mustard”,”4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice”,”4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce”,”1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce”,”1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger”,”4 garlic cloves, crushed “,”4 teaspoons light brown sugar”,”2 tablespoons unsalted butter”]

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 350°F.’, ‘Cover a shallow baking sheet with foil. Arrange salmon skin side down on sheet. Spread each fillet with a very thin layer of mustard.’, ‘In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, Worcestershire, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Drizzle over fillets. Then sprinkle each with a teaspoon of brown sugar and dot with butter. Bake in center of oven for 12-15 minutes, until fish is firm and opaque.
