Here’s another challah recipe for those who want to eat a little healthier. If you have a larger bread machine, you can easily make a double recipe. Prep time includes bread machine time and rising time.

Ingredients: [‘water’, ‘egg’, ‘applesauce’, ‘salt’, ‘honey’, ‘sugar’, ‘bread flour’, ‘yeast’, ‘egg’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“3/4 cup water”,”1 egg”,”3/4 tablespoon applesauce”,”3/4 teaspoon salt”,”1 1/2 tablespoons honey”,”1 1/2 tablespoons sugar”,”2 1/2 cups bread flour”,”1 1/2 teaspoons yeast”,”1 egg, beaten with water “]

Number of Servings: 10
