Sauerkraut Salad / Kraut Salad

My Dad made this great Sauerkraut Salad, he really liked it!
I don’t like sauerkraut, but this really changes the taste
of it and it’s good! He shared his recipe with me in 1966.
Can be made with any color bell peppers or onions to make it more colorful!

— Refrigerate overnight for best flavor! —

Ingredients: [‘sugar’, ‘vinegar’, ‘sauerkraut’, ‘bell pepper’, ‘celery’, ‘onion’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 cup sugar”,”1/2 cup vinegar”,”16 ounces sauerkraut”,”1 cup bell pepper”,”1 cup celery”,”1 medium onion”]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil.’, ‘Set aside to COOL. Chop bell pepper, celery and onions.’, ‘Drain sauerkraut (DO NOT RINSE) , mix all together.’, ‘Cover and Refrigerate overnight for best flavor!’]
