Spaghetti Bolognese

This is our family staple dish. I like to make a large batch so we can turn it into Lasagna after a couple of nights. I like preparing this quickly with a pressure cooker. Great for freezing. Serve with Garlic Bread and salad.

Ingredients: [‘onions’, ‘garlic’, ‘beef mince’, ‘capsicums’, ‘mushrooms’, ‘tomatoes’, ‘pasta sauce’, ‘bay leaves’, ‘sugar’, ‘salt and pepper’, ‘water’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 onions”,”1 tablespoon minced garlic”,”2 kg beef mince”,”2 capsicums”,”500 g mushrooms”,”400 g tomatoes”,”1 (500 g) jar pasta sauce”,”2 bay leaves”,”1 teaspoon sugar”,”1 dash salt and pepper”,”2 cups water”]

Number of Servings: 6

Steps: [‘Sautee the onion and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes. Brown the mince until all liquid has disappeared.’, ‘Chop all vegetables and add to the mince along with the remaining ingredients.’, ‘Stir and pressure cook for about 10 minutes.’]
