Sweet and Sour Venison and Rice

I created this recipe as another simple to prepare and delicious way to use wild game meat.

Ingredients: [‘venison steak’, ‘vegetable oil’, ‘brown sugar’, ‘salt’, ‘garlic salt’, ‘mustard’, ‘vinegar’, ‘minute white rice’, ‘water’, ‘soy sauce’, ‘chicken bouillon cube’, ‘frozen vegetables’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 lbs venison steak”,”3 tablespoons vegetable oil”,”1/2 cup brown sugar”,”3/4 teaspoon salt”,”3/4 teaspoon garlic salt”,”2 teaspoons mustard”,”2 teaspoons vinegar”,”2 cups MINUTE White Rice”,”2 cups water”,”1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce”,”1 chicken bouillon cube”,”2 cups frozen vegetables”]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Brown venison steaks in vegetable oil.’, ‘Place steaks in baking dish. Combine next five ingredients and rub over steaks. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, basting with drippings every 10 minutes.’, ‘While steaks are baking, during last 10 to 15 minutes, combine all remaining ingredients except the rice in a skillet. Bring to a boil, add rice, cover and reduce heat to low for 5 minutes.’, ‘Serve steaks and sauce over rice and enjoy.’]
