A fast fresh Thai inspired supper on the table in 20 minutes.

Ingredients: [‘quorn mince’, ‘rice noodles’, ‘vegetable oil’, ‘green curry paste’, ‘pak choi’, ‘coconut milk’, ‘light brown sugar’, ‘soy sauce’, ‘coriander’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“350 g quorn mince”,”300 g thin rice noodles”,”1 tablespoon vegetable oil”,”2 tablespoons thai green curry paste”,”3 heads pak choi, quartered “,”400 ml coconut milk”,”2 teaspoons light brown sugar”,”1 tablespoon soy sauce”,”1/4 cup chopped coriander”]
