Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 lb firm tofu”,”1/2 medium onion, sliced thinly “,”3 minced garlic cloves”,”1 tablespoon minced ginger”,”1 jalapeno, seeded and diced “,”1/2 teaspoon turmeric”,”1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder”,”1 cup coconut milk”,”1 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks”,”5 whole green cardamom pods”,”1 -2 tablespoon fresh cilantro”,” salt”,”3 whole cloves”,”1 cup peas”]
