forgot where I got this from. I use udonko flour instead of bread flour.

Ingredients: [‘bread flour’, ‘salt’, ‘cold water’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“3 cups bread flour”,”1 tablespoon salt”,”1/2 cup cold water”]

Number of Servings: 6

Steps: [‘mix together in food processor adding in water slowly.’, ‘knead and refrigerate 1 hour.’, ‘roll to 1/4 cm thickness and fold into thirds.’, ‘cut and cook for 7-10 minutes.’]
