Vernon B’s Tangy Smoked Sausage

This is a really simple weeknight recipe and can easily be doubled/tripled to accomodate a larger gathering.

For an appetizer version of this recipe, use cocktail sausages or lil’ smokies.

Ingredients: [‘smoked sausage’, ‘ketchup’, ‘brown sugar’, ‘horseradish sauce’, ‘seasoning salt’, ‘lemon pepper’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 lb smoked sausage (Carolina Pride)”,”1/2 cup ketchup”,”1/2 cup brown sugar”,”2 tablespoons horseradish sauce (Woeberu0027s)”,”1 teaspoon seasoning salt”,”1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper”]

Number of Servings: 2

Steps: [‘Cut sausage inyo bite-size pieces and put in a slow cooker. Mix together the next 5 ingredients and pour over sausage. Stir well to coat the sausage with sauce. Cover and cook on low for 1 – 2 hours.’]
