Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Great way for kids to eat veggies. It tastes a lot like Macaroni & Cheese, minus the pasta. Soooo good and cheesy.

Ingredients: [‘minute white rice’, ‘water’, ‘broccoli florets’, ‘cauliflower florets’, ‘butter’, ‘onion’, ‘processed cheese’, ‘cream of chicken soup’, ‘dry white wine’, ‘milk’, ‘buttery crackers’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1/2 cup MINUTE White Rice”,”3 cups water”,”10 ounces broccoli florets”,”10 ounces cauliflower florets”,”1/2 cup butter”,”1 small onion, Chopped “,”1 lb processed cheese, cubed “,”10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup”,”1/2 cup dry white wine”,”5 3/8 ounces milk”,”1 1/2 cups crushed round buttery crackers”]

Number of Servings: 6

Steps: [‘Preheat oven to 350 deg (F). Break up rice in bag.’, ‘Simmer broccoli and cauliflower florets in water for 10 minutes, or until crunchy. Drain.’, ‘In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute onion, until tender. Stir cauliflower, broccoli and rice into the saucepan.’, ‘Slowly stir in wine and simmer for 2 minutes on medium heat.’, ‘Stir in the cheese, chicken soup and milk.’, ‘Transfer the entire mixture to a 9″x13″ baking dish and sprinkle the crushed crakers on top.’, ‘Bake 30 minutes.’]
