Will keep in the refrigerator about two weeks. Good on bread, crackers or fresh crisp vegetables. If desired, spread between slices of bread, wrap airtight and freeze. From Woman’s Day Collector’s Cookbook, “Packed Lunches For Everyone”.

Ingredients: [‘sharp cheddar cheese’, ‘dijon mustard’, ‘cayenne pepper’, ‘sugar’, ‘plain yogurt’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (room temperature)”,”2 tablespoons Dijon mustard”,”1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper”,”1/4 teaspoon sugar”,”1/4 cup plain yogurt”]

Number of Servings: 1

Steps: [‘In a small bowl, beat first five ingredients until thoroughly blended; stir in yogurt just to blend.’, ‘Cover and chill.’]
