Quantity of Ingredients: [“1/3 lb ground beef”,”1/3 lb ground pork”,”1/3 lb ground veal”,”1 1/2 teaspoons Ener-G Egg Substitute”,”1/4 cup soymilk”,”1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (egg and dairy free)”,”1 teaspoon salt”,”1 teaspoon oregano”,”1 tablespoon fresh parsley”,”1/2 teaspoon garlic powder”,”1/2 teaspoon ground pepper”,”2 cups tomato sauce”]
