This is a recipe I make all the time. It is delicious and anyone can make it. It only takes about 55-60 minutes. With some dedication and time, you will have the best Breakfast in no time!

Ingredients: [‘russet potatoes’, ‘olive oil’, ‘corn oil’, ‘season salt’, ‘sea salt’, ‘basil’, ‘parsley’, ‘red peppers’, ‘yellow onion’, ‘bacon bits’, ‘water’, ‘black pepper’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“4 cups peeled and diced russet potatoes”,”1/2 cup olive oil”,”1/4 cup corn oil”,”1 tablespoon season salt”,”1 teaspoon sea salt or 1 teaspoon iodized salt”,”1/4 cup basil”,”1/4 parsley”,”2 cups red peppers, sliced “,”1 cup yellow onion, diced “,”1/3 cup bacon bits”,”8 cups water”,”1 teaspoon black pepper”]

Number of Servings: 2

Steps: [‘In a medium sized bowl, soak the diced potatoes in the water with sea salt for about 5-10 minutes (or whenever you feel ready, 10 min recommended).’, ‘While the potatoes are soaking, sautee the onions and peppers with a drizzle of olive oil until tender. Then drain the onion and peppers on a paper towel or cloth.’, ‘Drain the water out the potatoes and pat them dry (VERY WELL) add the season salt, basil, parsley, black pepper, bacon bits, and olive oil. Stir carefully until seasonings are completely submerged in potatoes.’, “Heat the corn oil in a separate frying pan under medium heat. Then slowly and carefully add the potatoes and vegetables (while still keeping medium heat). Constantly check and stir the potatoes to make sure they don’t stick (add oil as desired). Cook potatoes until tender and are a light golden brown.”, ‘Remove potatoes and drain. Serve as a side or an entree.’]
