Tim’s favorite duck recipe

Ingredients: [‘duck breasts’, ‘flour’, ‘garlic cloves’, ‘olive oil’, ‘tomato paste’, ‘dry white wine’, ‘salt’, ‘white pepper’, ‘chicken broth’, ‘bay leaf’, ‘thyme’, ‘marjoram’, ‘basil’, ‘scallions’, ‘sliced mushrooms’, ‘carrots’, ‘brandy’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“6 duck breasts or 2 geese breasts, fillets “,”3 -4 tablespoons flour”,”2 garlic cloves, minced “,”1/4 cup olive oil”,”1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste”,”1/2 cup dry white wine”,”1 teaspoon salt”,”1/4 teaspoon white pepper”,”3/4 cup chicken broth”,”1 bay leaf”,”1/8 teaspoon thyme”,”1/8 teaspoon marjoram”,”1/2 teaspoon basil”,”1/4 cup chopped scallions or 1/4 cup chopped green onion”,”1 cup sliced mushrooms”,”8 ounces pre-peeled carrots”,”1/4 cup brandy”]
