I found this in an old church book from a flea market, the front page was missing so I don’t know who to credit…….it’s good and simple!

Quantity of Ingredients: [“8 ounces wide egg noodles, uncooked “,”1 cup golden raisin”,”5 large eggs”,”1 cup sour cream”,”1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled “,”1/3 cup granulated sugar”,”4 cups whole milk”,”3 cups corn flakes, coarsley crushed “,”1/4 cup brown sugar, packed “]

Steps: [‘Preheat the oven to 350*. Butter a 13x9x2 inch glass dish and spread the uncooked noodles over the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the raisins over the noodles. Whisk the eggs, sour cream, butter and sugar in a large bowl until smooth and pour over the noodles. Let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile mis the cornflakes and brown sugar, sprinkle evenly over the kugel. Bake until the center is set, about 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve warm or cold.’]
