Mini Burgers

This is my version of burgers. Nice to serve hot or cold. Any leftovers can be chopped and add to a cold pasta salad.

Ingredients: [‘beef’, ‘garlic cloves’, ‘egg’, ‘dry breadcrumbs’, ‘worcestershire sauce’, ‘ketchup’, ‘dijon mustard’, ‘milk’, ‘onion salt’, ‘salt’, ‘pepper’, ‘oil’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 kg beef, minced I use 3 star more fat “,”2 garlic cloves, minced “,”1 egg”,”1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs”,”1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce”,”1 tablespoon ketchup”,”1 tablespoon Dijon mustard”,”2 tablespoons milk”,”1 teaspoon onion salt”,”1/2 teaspoon salt”,” pepper”,” oil (for frying)”]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Mix all ingredients in large bowl by hand until combine.’, ‘Make a small burgers and fry in pan on both sides.’]
