Mushroom and Swiss Stuffed Burgers

Sauteed mushrooms and onions with a little Swiss cheese are stuffed in hamburger patties to create and exciting twist on a classic flavor combo!

Ingredients: [‘butter’, ‘sliced mushrooms’, ‘onion’, ‘lean ground beef’, ‘seasoning’, ‘swiss cheese’, ‘hamburger buns’, ‘lettuce leaves’, ‘tomatoes’, ‘condiments’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 tablespoon butter”,”2 cups sliced mushrooms”,”1/4 cup finely chopped onion”,”1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef”,”1 tablespoon mccormick grill mates hamburger seasoning”,”1/3 cup shredded swiss cheese”,”6 hamburger buns”,”6 lettuce leaves”,”6 tomatoes, slices “,” condiments”]

Steps: [‘Heat butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook and stir 4 minutes or until mushrooms have softened.
