Ingredients: [‘black pepper’, ‘garlic powder’, ‘salt’, ‘beef tenderloin steaks’, ‘olive oil flavored cooking spray’, ‘roasted red peppers’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1/2 teaspoon black pepper”,”1/2 teaspoon garlic powder”,”1/2 teaspoon salt, divided “,”4 (4 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks (i inch thick)”,” olive oil flavored cooking spray”,”7 ounces roasted red peppers, drained “]

Steps: [‘Combine garlic powder, pepper and 1/4 tsp salt. Rub on both sides of steak.’, ‘Place a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot.
