High fiber, low fat!

Ingredients: [‘boiling water’, ‘wild rice’, ‘sliced mushrooms’, ‘onion’, ‘butter’, ‘old cheddar cheese’, ‘diced tomatoes’, ‘salt’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“7 cups boiling water, divided 3-3-1 “,”1 cup wild rice”,”3 cups sliced mushrooms”,”1/2 cup onion, chopped “,”1/2 cup butter”,”1 cup old cheddar cheese”,”19 ounces diced tomatoes”,”1 teaspoon salt”]

Number of Servings: 10

Steps: [‘Add 1 cup of rice to 3 cups boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit for 1 hour. Drain.’, ‘Add rice to 3 cups boiling water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Drain and place rice in casserole dish.’, ‘In fry pan, saute mushrooms and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add to rice.’, ‘Add cheese, tomatoes, salt and water to rice mixture.’, ‘Bake at 350* for 1 hour.’]
