Beef Cubes in Sherry

Ingredients: [‘olive oil’, ‘lean stewing beef’, ‘onion soup mix’, ‘sherry wine’, ‘garlic salt’, ‘sliced mushrooms’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“2 tablespoons olive oil”,”2 lbs lean stewing beef, cubed “,”1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix”,”1 cup sherry wine”,”1 teaspoon garlic salt”,”1/4 lb sliced mushrooms”]

Number of Servings: 4

Steps: [‘Heat oil in heavy pot. Brown the beef cubes on all sides.’, ‘Add soup mix, sherry, garlic salt, and mushrooms; stir well.’, ‘Cover pot; simmer mixture at least 1 hour or until meat is tender to the fork. (Add an additional water or soup stock if needed.).’]
