Quantity of Ingredients: [“6 tablespoons olive oil”,”2 lbs beef, cubed “,”1 medium carrot, chopped “,”2 stalks celery, chopped “,”2 medium onions, sliced “,”3 cloves garlic, chopped “,”2 cups dry white wine”,”1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste”,”2 cups beef broth”,” salt and pepper”,”1 lb macaroni, cooked and drained “,”2 tablespoons butter”,”1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced “,”1 bunch fresh basil, chopped “]
