Steps: [‘Disjoint chicken wings; discard tips (or save for stock).’, ‘Combine soy sauce, sherry, minced ginger and garlic in large bowl; stir in chicken. Refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.’, ‘Remove chicken; reserve marinade.’, ‘Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
