Stir Fried Vegetables

Its a nice dish. There are three main ingredients, capsicum, onion and tomato.

Ingredients: [‘red capsicum’, ‘onion’, ‘tomatoes’, ‘green chili pepper’, ‘salt’, ‘black pepper’, ‘sesame oil’, ‘water’]

Quantity of Ingredients: [“1 red capsicum, cut in cubes “,”1 onion, cut in cubes “,”1 tomatoes, cut in cubes “,”1 green chili pepper, cut into 1/4-inch pieces “,”1/4 teaspoon salt”,”2 pinches black pepper”,”1 tablespoon sesame oil”,” water, for sprinkling “]

Number of Servings: 1

Steps: [‘Take a pan, add oil, keep it on high flame, add the cut vegetables including green chili. Saute for 2 minutes Add salt, sprinkle some water, close the lid and cook for 5 mins in simmer, saute in between, open the lid, sprinkle pepper powder, saute few seconds and serve with bread, rice or rotis.’]
